Symmery is the title we gave to this, the second maxi released by this young pair of spanish producers called Dual Concept. This original track has the feel & sounds of deep house a la 1995 with a very personal touch of brazilian flavor.
For the occasion, we decided to ask our boy Nacho Marco aka Loudeast to do a remix. Internationally recognized for his djing & of course his work in the studio with releases on labels such as Shinichi, Odori, D.Press, Alola, Swift... We figured it was the obvious choice to turn „Symmery“ into an old school jammy! Depeche Mode-ish bassline, Public Enemy Vocal snippets & the piano chords that throw you back into the late 80's early 90's , all Loudeast style.
We he nailed it.
B side... we got an in house mix by our mainman, GarcyNoise, a long side with the well established latin pianist , Daniel Sanchez. Here they juice the latin flavor out of the original electrify it, add a pinch of samba and make sure to keep the cheese out. Results? A solid tune, full of changes that take you around the world without ever leaving the dance floor.

Meticulously designed but not without emotional pull, Jacob Ohrberg's subtle electronic music sounds like a dream of a distant dancefloor. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 1, 2023
